Help build the future of adolescent mental health care in Alberta CASA Mental Health is expanding its circle of care around the province to provide much needed mental health services to as many families as possible – where they need it, when they need it. This is part of our vision of a community where all children, youth and their families are provided with timely mental health care and empowered to thrive. As part of that expansion, CASA Mental Health will open a current CASA House facility in Fort McMurray in 2027. Reporting to the Director, Clinical - CASA House and Day Programs, the Program Manager for CASA House Fort McMurray provides operational leadership and oversight for an innovative new integrated model of care, bringing together CALOCUS Level 5 (CASA House)and Level 4 (Adolescent Day Program)within a single purpose-built program. This is a unique opportunity to help establish a first-of-its-kind service in Fort McMurray. As a foundational leader, you will play a key role in building the program before opening. recruit You’ll and develop high-performing teams, establish clinical and operational processes, strengthen community partnerships and prepare the programs to deliver exceptional care from day one. Working within a collaborative leadership model, the Program Manager provides operational direction and service delivery leadership, including performance management,
mentorship and coaching of interprofessional staff, budget oversight, workforce planning, staff education, quality improvement and evaluation. The Program Manager will work closely with internal and external careholders to develop integrated service pathways that ensure adolescents and families receive seamless, evidence-informed mental health care.
