Ontario Northland is looking for two Electricians to join our Remanufacturing & Repair Centre. Candidates will plan, install, and maintain various electrical systems ranging from locomotives to buildings. Strong teamwork and safety adherence are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Plan and perform layouts for electrical jobs • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic equipment • Perform preventative maintenance and modifications • Work from schematics and blueprints • Operate cranes and forklifts as needed
Requirements: • Electrician Certificate of Qualification (309A/442A) • Successful apprenticeship completion • Experience in a formal union workplace • Strong organizational and planning abilities • Commitment to health and safety standards
