Canada Life is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to provide technology leadership across critical Sponsor Services and Plan Administration platforms supporting plan sponsors across Canada. This roleis responsibleforleading modernization efforts, driving delivery execution,supportoperationalstabilityand building strong partnerships across business and technology teams. This position plays a key leadership role inmaintainingthe stability and evolution of a complex ecosystem that supports sponsor onboarding, contract execution, plan setup, ongoing administration, reporting, and document management. The successful candidate willoverseeday-to-day operational leadership with longer-term modernization initiatives while helping shape the future technology direction of the portfolio. and continuous improvement Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. Drive technology investment decisions, architectural direction, and solution planning in partnership with Architecture and Engineering teams.
