The position requires a blend of technical expertise in data systems like Raiser’s Edge and strategic donor relations skills to drive compliance, stewardship, and data quality. Your leadership will be crucial in developing effective fundraising strategies and maintaining efficient donor engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversees management of fundraising data systems and platforms • Guides the Donor Relations Team in delivering excellent service • Develops strategies for donor retention and recognition • Ensures compliance with regulatory standards for gift processing • Analyzes fundraising data to support strategic decisions
