Impact the mental health landscape as an Occupational Therapist at Ontario Shores in Whitby. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients facing Anxiety and Mood Disorders, using both in-person and telemedicine methods.

This full-time role involves providing comprehensive clinical assessments and therapies as part of our Outpatient Services. You'll engage in individual and group therapy, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Your skills in CBT and experience with complex cases will ensure effective treatment plans and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver clinical assessments for mental health clients • Lead individual and group evidence-based therapy sessions • Participate in community outreach and consultation efforts • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care • Support discharge planning and client education

Requirements: • Master’s in Occupational Therapy or equivalent • Active registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario • Preferred 3-5 years in psychiatric care • Solid understanding of CBT and IPT • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
