The successful candidate will collaborate with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure seamless coordination of spare parts and CMMS-related tasks.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update the CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix, eMaint, IdHammer, etc.)Create, assign, and close work orders while ensuring data accuracyGenerate maintenance reports and KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance)Train staff on CMMS usage and best practicesManage inventory of spare parts and consumablesOrganize and optimize the spare parts storeroomConduct cycle counts and resolve discrepanciesSource and purchase spare parts from approved vendorsMaintain records of all transactions, inventory adjustments,
