Reporting directly to the Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for a variety of labor-intensive tasks in a fast-paced setting. Key activities include loading materials, operating tools, and collaborating with your team to achieve project goals within timelines. Safety is paramount, as is maintaining explicit communication with leadership to ensure a well-organized workflow.

Key Responsibilities:



• Execute general labor work at the shop • Load and unload construction materials daily • Handle prefabrication of wall and flooring products • Use and care for various tools and equipment • Ensure compliance with safety standards and policies

Requirements: • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent (preferred) • Minimum of one year in construction or carpentry • Valid driver's license for transportation • Good interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to lift heavy weights consistently
