This position reports to the Event Manager and involves supporting various sporting events. The role is essential in ensuring venues are ready and comfortable for events, and it provides an opportunity to engage with the community through fan activities. Flexible schedule are required to accommodate event schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and clean venues before events start
• Set up and take down equipment on event days
• Engage with fans during promotions and activities
• Serve at concession stands including food and beverages
• Provide customer service including ticketing and inquiries
Requirements:
• First Aid and CPR certification essential
• Must maintain full-time student status at Western
• Flexible availability for various shifts
• Ability to work independently with good judgment
• No experience required
