The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Cabin Procurement FAL Interface to join our ABPOC (Procurement Operation Cabin) team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will coordinate cabin suppliers on A220 assembly sites by leading continuous improvement projects.

You will be part of the Cabin FAL Interface (CFI) team which is responsible for:

Monitoring the performance of in office cabin suppliers.

Continuous improvement of the performance of these suppliers.

Management of cabin part repair costs.

The team organization is established in a way to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as a Cabin Procurement FAL Interface will be to lead problem solving,



as well as continuous improvement projects in order to improve the performance of supplier activities on A220 sites.

Your challenges:

Track performance: Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and ensure the quality of supplier services.

Improve supplier performance: Implement action plans and continuous improvement projects to optimize the efficiency and quality of on-site cabin suppliers.

Solve complex problems: Lead the analysis and resolution of complex quality problems related to supplier activities.

Manage costs: Control cabin part repair costs by ensuring rigorous management and determining responsibilities.
