Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate on resident assessments and care plans • Administer medication as per established policies • Perform personal care and support for residents • Document and report changes in patient conditions • Maintain safety protocols and respond to emergencies

Requirements: • Valid Practical Nurse license issued by BC • Two years’ experience with geriatric patients • Solid verbal and written communication skills • Ability to perform physical tasks required • Organizational abilities to manage nursing duties
