As a key member of the team, you will report to the Store General Manager and work to mitigate both internal and external losses. Being present on the sales floor during crucial times is essential, as you will coach associates and ensure adherence to LP tagging practices. Your efforts will support a culture of safety and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a loss prevention presence on the sales floor
• Implement LP tagging standards for product security
• Record incidents and collaborate with the regional team
• Train and mentor staff on loss prevention duties
• Ensure customer acknowledgment at all times
Requirements:
• Preferred experience of 6+ months in retail
• 12+ months in loss prevention or security
• High School Diploma is mandatory
• Complete CPR and First Aid during employment
• Capacity to lift up to 50lbs required
