A background of 3-5 years in a food production setting is preferred. Focus on validating processes, overseeing equipment upgrades, and engaging in continuous improvement projects that support safety and efficiency goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in manufacturing improvement projects
- Review equipment designs and oversee commissioning
- Validate and standardize processes with the team
- Apply Six Sigma for process enhancements
- Manage preventive maintenance activitiesRequirements:
- Engineering degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma
- 3-5 years experience in engineering roles
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD tools
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
