As part of the Global Helpdesk team, this role requires someone with strong customer service skills and relevant AV experience. You will handle inbound inquiries, manage technical support cases, and provide troubleshooting assistance. Your proactive communication will help ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient technical support for ProAV solutions
• Respond to inbound calls and email inquiries promptly
• Maintain TSR case load and manage other tasks
• Troubleshoot and document video conferencing solutions
• Follow up on open issues with proper escalation
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years AV/Teleconferencing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Knowledge of video teleconferencing systems desired
