CN is seeking an Officer, Rail Grinding to lead grinding operations across CN's network. You will supervise internal teams and contractors, conduct pre-grinding surveys, and ensure track protection for all grinding activities.
You will work with multiple levels to maintain secure, efficient grinding trains, plan daily work cycles, and coordinate with Rail Traffic Control. This role requires extensive travel, nights, and 100% field time.
