This role focuses on Aboriginal ancestry candidates and reports to the Manager of Indigenous Initiatives and Inclusion. Work closely with various advisors and teams, including the ARC Elder/Cultural Advisor and Aboriginal Student Success Advisor, to provide comprehensive support to prospective students. Your contributions are vital for promoting engagement and success in Indigenous communities across campus locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on projects with Indigenous advisors and wellness teams
• Coordinate outreach efforts with Indigenous Advisory Committees
• Assist in engaging with potential Indigenous students
• Facilitate programs centered on student well-being
• Promote community engagement through cooperative initiatives
Requirements:
• Aboriginal ancestry required for candidates
