- Modernize and optimize the developer experience across the build and release ecosystem- Manage the release lifecycle for the flagship suite of applications- Support development teams migrating from Bitbucket Server and legacy Windows/Linux Jenkins build machines to GitHub and GitHub Actions- Improve artifact storage and retrieval processes- Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform- Monitor performance, optimize costs and automate processes- Coordinate with development, QA and product teams to deliver timely, high-quality major, maintenance and hotfix releases- Improve release governance, workflows and documentation- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements- Administer and maintain software lifecycle tools- Connect CI/CD pipelines with development and security tools- Provide business-hours support for build failures, access requests and tool-related questions- Stay current with cloud technologies and recommend architecture and tooling improvements- Support global R&D teams developing cloud and on-premise solutions across Windows, Linux and mobile platformsRequirements- 3–5 years of experience in Developer Experience, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitHub migration and Git workflows- Experience with CI/CD across hybrid environments, including on-premise Jenkins and GitHub Actions- Familiarity with mixed Linux/Windows self-hosted runner architectures- Expertise in containerization with Docker- Experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD and Helm- Experience with hybrid VM lifecycle/provisioning tools spanning AWS and on-premise infrastructure- Experience with AWS IAM management, including users, groups,
roles and policies- Familiarity with software lifecycle tools- Hands‑on experience with release management processes for multi-application environments- Understanding of CI/CD best practices and Infrastructure-as-Code, including Terraform and Ansible- Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell and Bash- Comfortable using AI to write software- College or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering program, or equivalent- Exposure to or interest in building on‑premise self-hosted runner infrastructure is an asset- Knowledge of SOC2 compliance or other security standards- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana- Solid organizational and planning skills for managing multiple priorities- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment- Enthusiasm and a problem‑solving attitude- Independent and willing to take initiative- Continuous improvement mindsetCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in managing the release lifecycle and optimizing developer experience through CI/CD practices, cloud infrastructure management, and automation.
