Maintain focus on tenant satisfaction and energy conservation Troubleshoot and service all aspects of HVAC in high-rise apartment buildings including boilers (HTG/DHW), chillers, heat pumps, MUA, RTU and HRV/ERV systems Perform regular preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment Provide consistent monitoring of automation systems Willingness and ability to learn how to monitor and fine-tune buildings through our automation systems Oversee HVAC-related mechanical projects Maintain HVAC logs as required Regularly update knowledge and skills through employer-sponsored educational programs Comply with all safety code requirements Skills and Qualifications
Gas Fitter License (G1) preferred; however, candidates with a G2 license will be considered based on relevant experience and qualifications. Effective knowledge in HVAC automation systems is an asset Refrigeration license (313D or 313A) is an asset.
