Internship dates: January 5 to April 23, 2027

Location: The position is based at our Longueuil location; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively in office.

You will report to the Manager, Pricing & Lifecycle Strategy and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-impact projects. Your role is to prioritize, execute,



and measure concrete initiatives aligned with the team’s objectives. Our team stands out for its learning culture, high autonomy, and direct visibility with leadership.

What will your day-to-day look like?

- Work within the commercial governance process with P&WC; key stakeholders to obtain market viewpoints, gather ideas for price/product changes, validate proposed recommendations, plan implementation, secure leadership approval, steer implementation, and ensure sustainable value creation.
- Participate in collecting and validating data to feed the commercial strategy dashboard.
- Participate in creating and implementing pricing strategies across the lifecycle (newly introduced engine models – maximum capture; mid-life engines; end-of-life engines – extend end-of-life).
- Analyze and model the market to produce recommendations for annual price increases.
- Assess the impact of proposed spare-parts price increases on P&WC; maintenance products (profitability, competitive positioning, customer/technical/supply-chain/industry perspectives).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate customer and technical perspectives, and participate in preparing support materials for customer-facing employees.

What do you need to be successful?

- Be eligible to work in Canada
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable
- Pursuing studies in an MBA, administration, finance, economics,



or engineering
- Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities
- Strong people and communication skills
- Business acumen
- Aerospace/Aviation or product knowledge (engines)
- Experience in manipulating large data sets

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
