Key Responsibilities:



• Evaluate processes and systems affecting operational performance • Create best practices for enhanced quality assurance • Ensure compliance with established safety standards • Gather and assess customer feedback for process development • Manage process improvement and defect control activities

Requirements: • At least 4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain • Knowledge of First and Last Mile operations • Proficient in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Bilingual (English/French) advantageous
