As part of the Overnight Task Team, you will directly report to the Overnight Supervisor, responsible for replenishment tasks across multiple departments such as Hunting, Marine Sports, and Apparel. This role supports crucial inventory management processes, including counts and price adjustments. You will be integral to the visual presentation of merchandise, ensuring displays are appealing and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform replenishment tasks in various retail areas
• Collaborate with Inventory Control on stock counts
• Carry out pricing changes and inventory adjustments
• Update visual merchandising and product displays
• Assist in driving excellent customer service during shifts
Requirements:
• One year of experience in sales or service preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Skills in planogram management are preferred
• Must be available for overnight shifts
• Experience with outdoor lifestyle products helpful
