Carleton Dining Services on Carleton University campus is seeking a Banquet Captain to coordinate daily catering requirements and event setup for internal and external clients. The role reports to the Catering Manager and ensures quality food and service from start to finish.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of catering experience, robust organizational and people-management skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
