Reporting to the Team Lead in Sales Finance, the Deductions Specialist plays a critical role in managing customer deductions from initiation to resolution. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical skills and a keen understanding of finance processes. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Sales Team, to track and ensure proper coding of deductions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end deduction processes with stakeholders
• Maintain customer relationships for information gathering




• Collaborate with Sales and Finance for coding accuracy
• Analyze open deductions weekly and propose resolutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years deduction resolution experience in CPG
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel; experience with SAP an asset
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
