In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales of new and used vehicles. You will engage customers in the showroom and online, identify their needs, present suitable vehicle options, and guide them through the full car sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.This role represents the brand and requires strong product knowledge, sales skills,
and a customer-first mindset.Responsibilities and QualificationsWhat You Will Be Doing:Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom, online, and via phone in a skilled and engaging mannerConducting needs assessments to match customers with the right car, truck or SUVPresenting and demonstrating vehicle features including technology, safety, financing options, and trim levelsFacilitating the full automotive sales cycle, including test drives, pricing discussions, and closingBuilding and maintaining customer relationships to generate repeat and referral businessMaintaining up-to‑date knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products, incentives, and competitor vehiclesUsing our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, follow‑ups, and sales activitiesCollaborating with F&I (Finance & Insurance) Managers to support financing, leasing, and protection productsAssisting with vehicle deliveries, ensuring a seamless and positive customer handoff experienceSupporting dealership marketing initiatives, promotions, and showroom merchandisingParticipating in ongoing training for automotive sales techniques, digital retailing, and product knowledgeMaintaining compliance with dealership processes and all applicable regulationsWhat You Bring:Experience working in a commission-based or target‑driven role such as automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service experienceComfortable learning and presenting technical product informationA familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, or digital selling platformsA Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance dealership environmentA passion for people with strong relationship building skills and a customer‑first mindsetFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidaysINDCVOPosted Salary RangeCAD $0.00 - CAD $0.00 /Hr.#J-18808-Ljbffr
