In the role of Cluster House Mentor, you will work closely with the Cluster Manager, facilitating the day-to-day operation of the Cluster House. Your responsibilities include guiding Direct Support Workers, supporting community participation, and fostering independence among residents while maintaining the organization's values of respecting, empowering, and uniting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with new staff onboarding and training
• Encourage team accountability and skilled growth
• Track and manage medication administration
• Support individuals with daily living skills
• Facilitate recreational and social opportunities
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in social services
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications
• Excellent communication skills necessary
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Background checks including Criminal Record Check required
