With over 40 certified technicians, 2 locations and a rapidly expanding commercial service division, the company continues to expand aggressively throughout Vancouver Island.Foster Heating & Cooling is adding aService Estimatorto the Victoria team. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the head of the service department and offers the opportunity to become a key contributor within a fast-paced and growing service department. The successful candidate will work closely with property managers, building owners, and internal service teams to quote repair and service work across commercial and residential facilities.This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, estimating, pursuing sales, and being part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
