Key Responsibilities:



• Handle donor inquiries through various platforms • Maintain accurate records of donations in the database • Prepare and send thank you communications to donors • Assist with the management of volunteer programs • Compile data for reports and presentations

Requirements: • Minimum requirement of 2 years in fundraising or donor relations • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work
