About the job Medical Office Assistant (Part-time)

We are currently seeking applicants for a Medical Office Assistant (Part time) position to assist our client. We welcome you to submit your application, if you are interested.

Requirements

- Accuro experience is an asset; please include any and all EMR systems you have worked on.
- You must be a quick learner
- Able to work independently
- Have a strong ability to multi-task and change direction on a dime.

Your duties will include:

- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing exam rooms and patients
- Sorting and distributing incoming documents
- Assisting on minor proceduresAnd a myriad of other duties as they come up.
- Will include Monday (9-5)
- Thursday 2-7
- and EVERY Saturday (varies but not more than 8:45-5.)




- The rest of your schedule will fall between 9-5 the rest of the week.
- If you are unable to work Saturdays please do not apply.

You will learn on the fly and will need to be quick, I can not stress that enough. If you can not handle a very high-paced environment, this is NOT the job for you.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25-40 per week

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T3E 5R7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
