In this position, you will coordinate the execution of the project's Construction Quality Management Plan and ensure all standards are adhered to. Collaborate closely with the Project Team and Quality Manager to develop necessary documentation, maintain compliance among subcontractors, and conduct thorough quality inspections. Your experience will be vital in driving quality audits and managing corrective actions for non-conformances on site.

Key Responsibilities:



• Monitor project quality requirements alongside the Project Team • Develop and implement the Construction Quality Management Plan • Create individual Inspection & Test Plans for project elements • Schedule and coordinate internal and external quality audits • Address quality issues with subcontractors through effective communication

Requirements: • Degree/Diploma in construction-related discipline or equivalent • ISO 9001 QMS Auditor certification required • At least 5 years in construction, with 2 in QA/QC • General knowledge of blueprints and construction processes • Robust computer skills in relevant software
