The Post Sentence Support Worker will report directly to the MKO Coordinator, assisting individuals in meeting sentence terms through a trauma-informed approach. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, maintaining compliance with case management practices and enhancing career development with ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals in achieving sentence compliance
• Support community reintegration for clients
• Liaise with service providers for referrals




• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
• Manage case tracking and compliance reports
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Sciences or equivalent
• Knowledge of Criminal Justice System
• High organizational and time-management skills
• Extensive case planning experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
