In this role, you will report to the Retail Manager and play a key part in creating memorable customer experiences. You'll be responsible for answering calls and resolving customer issues efficiently while promoting Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s programs. With experience in sales or service, you'll ensure all transactions follow company policies and maintain integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm
• Use POS systems to complete transactions
• Resolve customer issues using sound judgment
• Support asset protection by following procedures
• Help with store duties such as trash removal
Requirements:
• At least one year in a retail or service role
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with outdoor products is beneficial
• Solid problem-solving capabilities
