We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household and commercial appliances. Duties
Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
Repair and replace faulty components in appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, Dishwasher and Microwave systems
Perform routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns
Test repaired appliances to ensure proper functionality and safety standards are met
Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair procedures and maintenance tips
Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used
Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all repair activities
Assist with assembly of new appliances when required
Requirements
experience with the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
Mechanical knowledge related to appliance components and systems
Prior experience in appliance repair in required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Knowledge of gas & Refrigeration systems is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
Experience with appliance assembly is desirable
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
