Promote and govern CI processes across the site
Drive implementation of effective Management Operating System
Facilitate CI initiatives and departmental ownership
Report on CI performance and value delivery
Oversee technology initiatives ensuring operational alignment Requirements:
Preferred engineering degree or related experience
7+ years in CI leadership or operational excellence
Solid Lean Six Sigma knowledge
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation
