Drive LSOMs’ successful management from feasibility through close-outs
Qualitatively oversee portfolio progress and challenge resolutions
Facilitate robust collaboration with strategy and local study teams
Evaluate risks and implement continuous improvement strategies
Build a high-performing team through mentorship and resource management Requirements:
Master’s degree & 6 years or Bachelor’s & 8 years of execution experience
7 years in life sciences with clinical trial oversight
Experience with CROs and managing clinical operations regionally
Proven ability to manage multiple teams across functions
