In this critical role within Edelman’s People Operations team, you will be the first point of contact for employee-related inquiries, ensuring a skilled and supportive experience.
You will manage onboarding procedures and offboarding processes while ensuring compliance with policies across multiple jurisdictions. This position also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees
Conduct virtual orientation sessions for current hires
Handle inquiries through ServiceNow while meeting SLAs
Oversee compliance activities regarding employee programs
Maintain data integrity across HR systems Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related
At least three years in HR operations or shared services
Proficient in Workday and ServiceNow systems
Knowledge of employment regulations in multiple countries
