AgeCare is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Worker to enhance residents’ quality of life in Salmon Arm, BC. Leverage your skills to assist in meaningful therapy delivery for seniors. In this role, you will collaborate closely with rehabilitation specialists to assess and implement individualized therapy programs for seniors.

Your focus will be on facilitating each resident’s journey towards greater independence. Through your compassionate approach, you'll support a rich, person-centered care experience at AgeCare. Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze daily reports
Identify resident problems and coordinate care
Transport clients to and from treatment areas
Monitor therapy engagement among residents
Keep accurate clinical records and statistics

Requirements:
Relevant rehab therapy certification or diploma
Current First Aid and Food Protected Level 1 certificates
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Experience working with seniors
Vulnerable Record Search clearance needed
