Lead shift reports for effective communication
Record and document residents’ condition changes
Process and implement physician orders diligently
Report difficulties in medical orders to management Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
Solid background in long-term or rehabilitation care
In positive standing with the provincial nursing registry
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
