Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for laboratory clients
Develop rapport through various communication channels
Oversee timely delivery of project notifications and reports
Proactively inform clients about project statuses
Keep client files accurate and up-to-date Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Science or relevant experience
Minimum 3 years in customer service or laboratory setting
Solid computer skills (Outlook, Office, LIMS)
