You'll collaborate with various departments to align on project developments and maintain robust relations with municipal groups. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain ongoing relationships with communities in the region
Develop and implement public consultation strategies




Advise on risks and prospects regarding project acceptance
Guide the Media Relations and Internal Communications team
Document consultation and advocacy initiatives effectively

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in communications or relevant field
Eight years of experience in community relations
In-depth understanding of Quebec’s political landscape
Bilingual in French and English
Proven relationship management skills
