Under the supervision of the Quality Manager, you will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards and advancing ALMAG's quality management system. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support audits, and utilize your technical skills to address customer needs effectively. Continuous improvement will be a key focus of your contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support New Product Introductions ensuring compliance with customer requirements
• Conduct departmental audits to validate QMS adherence
• Communicate product status and performance based on data
• Collect necessary samples for quality evaluations
• Guide and train production teams in best practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant quality experience in manufacturing
• ASQ Certification as an asset
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Proficient with measuring devices and MS Office Suite
• Fork Lift Certification mandatory
