Track client activities for timely responses
Coordinate with Operations and IT on requests
Review and initiate transfer documentation
Manage partner notifications for account transfers
Direct and resolve client inquiries effectively Requirements:
Completion of a University or College degree
Two years of customer service experience required
Completion of Canadian Securities Course
Robust attention to detail and initiative
