Your role includes facilitating rapid prototyping and ensuring compliance with safety standards across various engineering environments. Engage closely with Advanced Concepts teams to drive innovation and tackle complex performance challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations and evolution of lab and workshop facilities
Ensure efficient and secure lab environments for innovation
Support project scope and budget management for funding programs
Champion creation and testing capabilities through training
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for processes
Requirements:
Engineering bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of lab experience
Solid familiarity with testing lab dynamics
Proficient in mechanical shop equipment and fabrication tools
Advanced CAD and engineering software knowledge
Results-oriented with strong process improvement skills
