Responsibilities
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction
Support children with homework or tutoring needs, ensuring they understand concepts and build confidence
Maintain a secure, clean, and welcoming environment conducive to learning and play
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs
Implement behavior management strategies that foster positive interactions and respect among children
Assist in planning daily schedules that balance structured activities with free play
Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently during aftercare hours
Experience
Prior experience working with children in early childhood education settings or similar environments is preferred
Demonstrated ability to tutor or teach young learners in various subjects or skills
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in childcare
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and team members
Ability to create engaging activities that support children's developmental milestones
