Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Mission Designer in Montreal to craft engaging mission experiences for a AAA franchise. You will design, prototype, and own missions from pre-production through final implementation, balancing pacing, difficulty, and narrative integration.
Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to ensure missions align with progression and core mechanics, while communicating design intent to leadership and QA. This role reports to the Design Director.
