Our client is looking for a bilingual AE to drive new business in Canada

(EN required, FR preferred)
Title: Account Executive, Retail Technology
Location: On site @ high tech office in Ville St-Laurent (open to hybrid long term)
Minimum Experience: 2+ years as an Individual Contributor
OTE : $75k to $85k base & 35k+ commission (OTE 110-120k+), uncapped

Key Responsibilities:
Full cycle. Current business across priority verticals.
Identify & engage owners, executives and other key decision-makers.
Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand operational pain points, priorities, stakeholders and decision criteria.
Deliver tailored product demos and ROI-driven presentations.
Collaborate with tech & ops teams throughout for transparent handoff

Ideal Candidate Profile




2–5y +proven record B2B sales experience (recent biz, full cycle, strong prospection)
SPIN, MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar an asset.
Adapt conversation to customer, buying process & opportunity rather than rigid script.
Comfortable with demos & ROI / business cases. Strong judgment & pipe discipline.
Advanced English, written and spoken, required. French strongly preferred.
Valid driver’s licence
