Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and process payments with cash handling expertise
Serve food orders promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction from order to table clearance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and address any special requests or concerns
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management skills
Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times
Requirements
Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; bartending or serving experience is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
