We are seeking reliable and experienced sloped roofing installers and a lead Hand to join our team. We’re hiring an experienced slope roofing lead hand as-well as experienced roofers to lead our crew, ensure high-quality installations, maintain safety standards, and represent our company professionally with customers.
Duties
Lead and mentor roofing crew members in proper installation practices
Ensure materials are installed using correct adhesives, fasteners, and fastening patterns
Provide skilled customer service while representing Elevated Roofing & Gutters
Oversee jobsite safety, housekeeping, and overall quality control
Manage slope roof installations from start to finish
Follow Elevated Roofing & Gutters installation standards and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years roofing experience for lead hand role (slope roofing preferred)
Proven crew leadership experience
Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence (required)
Solid understanding of roofing safety protocols
Willingness to learn and install roofing systems according to Elevated Roofing & Gutters' quality standards
Construction experience with an emphasis on sloped roofing systems is required (asphalt shingles & metal)
