Duties
Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client’s experience and boost sales
Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare tips to promote healthy nails




Stay current with industry trends and recent techniques through ongoing training and research
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow

Requirements
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with strong nail care skills
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures
Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs
Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not mandatory
Strong retail sales skills to promote products confidently and effectively
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for beauty, fashion, and customer service excellence
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
