Bradley Compact Excavation Inc is looking for experienced walk behind/skid steer operator to join our growing team who have at least 3 years construction experience. Must be located in the GTA and be able to safely and efficiently work alone and in a team setting. Candidates with previous excavation experience are preferred.

Responsibilities
Operate skid steer and small tracked walk behind machines
Backfill and grading using equipment
Be able to operate and set heights with a laser level
Clean and lubricate equipment and refill fuel as required
Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance
Competition of daily timesheets and other documentation
Required to work in a variety of weather conditions




Comply with all company health and safety guidelines
Other duties will be assigned as required

Desired Skills and Experience
3 years construction experience required
Previous experience in residential excavation is preferred
Excellent team player
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and safely follow instructions
Must be punctual and reliable

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
