Your role will focus on enhancing customer experiences and driving sales through expert service. As a Sales Help Keyholder, you'll help energize the store by fostering a passion for our fan-driven products. You will guide customers to find the ideal items that express their personal style while meeting performance targets and maintaining a tidy retail setting. This position values solid communication and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
Achieve store revenue through exceptional customer service
Display merchandise according to store visual guidelines
Manage and assist with store inventory processes
Support adherence to LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and standards
Complete other assigned store duties as necessary Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
Experience operating computer and POS systems
Capability to stand and walk regularly on the job
