Join STRM Run Club as a Run Club Instructor, where your passion for running and fitness will help bring our community together! In this paid weekly role, you’ll lead our 5K run every Wednesday at 6:30 PM, creating an energetic, welcoming, and motivating environment for runners of all levels. Your enthusiasm and leadership will help runners stay motivated, build confidence, and make running fun and accessible for everyone.

Responsibilities
Lead group running sessions tailored to various skill levels, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants
Develop and implement training plans that motivate runners to reach their personal goals
Provide clear instructions on proper running techniques, warm-up routines, and injury prevention strategies
Foster a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages camaraderie and persistence among runners
Monitor participants’ form and progress, offering personalized feedback and encouragement




Maintain a safe workplace by adhering to health guidelines and responding promptly to any emergencies or concerns

Qualifications
Previous experience leading or organizing group runs
Robust understanding of running techniques, training principles, and injury prevention
Confident communicator who can motivate and support runners of all levels
Positive, energetic, and passionate about fitness, wellness, and community
Comfortable leading groups outdoors and being active in various weather conditions
Reliable, responsible, and able to create a safe and welcoming running environment
